(CST) CranialSacral Therapy is a system of alternative medicine intended to relieve pain and tension by gentle manipulations of the skull and spinal cord, and is regarded as harmonizing with a natural rhythm in the central nervous system. Ear Candling w/ Lymphatic Drainage
As Lymphatic Drainage is massage, this service is billable through your Health Insurance plan, as long as you have massage therapy benefits!
$105 both ears (each 1 candle) or (2 candles for 1 ear) for 60 minutes Additional Candles $45 each (1 candle) per ear/30 minutes
Reflexology of the Feet
A one hours session.
Foot reflexology is now widely used to relieve symptoms of many disorders. I have been trained through the studies of Hanne Marquardt, a pioneer in teaching and practicing foot reflexology in Germany.
Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part of the body. Through application of pressure on particular areas of the hands or feet, reflexology serves to relax tension, improve circulation and promote the natural function of the related area in the body. This is very relaxing, and people usually go into a deep state of relaxation.
I can combine foot reflexology into a typical massage session, as well as make it the focus of your attention. A full session takes an hour’s time. If you request I offer 20 minute reintegration time incorporating CranioSacral Therapy to end your session.

House Calls
Under certain situations, Lisa is willing to travel to a remote location. Those circumstances are primarily for special events and for those who are in hospice, in a hospital situation, or experiencing a disability. I will consider traveling to someone’s home, but prefer most sessions to be in the Eugene clinic location; travel rates apply.
Please consider the extra time, scheduling away from my clinic, and gas needed for travel from my downtown Eugene clinic for the convenience of hosting me in your location.
Travel Rates: $50.00 per hour / $200.00 for half day / $400.00 for full day.

With years of mindfulness, meditation, and movement practice and training, I offer patients simple ways to integrate these skills and bring balance into your daily lives.
I offer prenatal massage, deep tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Foot Reflexotherapy as well as a few other modalities, integrating hydrotherapy, hot/cold stone treatments, cupping, and Gau Sha treatments, as well as Shamanic Healing into my massage sessions.
