To get started creating your personalized ceremony, you’ll fill out a Celebration of Life Checklist, and through that information I will help you write an honoring and personalized ceremony, then you will sign the contract agreement and pay the full amount; plans may be available upon request for divided payments. Upon review of Celebration of Life Checklist, I will listen and help you design a ceremony which will be both honorable to your loved one, and be remembered in the hearts of friends and family who gather to pay their respects for many years to come. We will then not only write a beautiful and honoring ceremony, but will also design, write and print out the funeral pamphlets.
You will receive a beautiful memoir of the ceremony in the form of a shadow box which will include a photo image of your choice of your beloved and any personal relics to honor them, as well as a copy of the ceremony. 10% goes directly to the Children’s Hospital in Portland OR http://www.ohsu.edu/xd/about/dchf/giving/cancer.cfm.
Travel Rates: $50 per hour / $200 for half day / $400 for full day.
All final decisions are based upon your approval.
